Buildings in Fourvière on the banks of the Saone Between the Saone and Rhone, the old capital of Gaul abounds with interesting features: Old Lyon, the esplanade of Fourvière and the magnificent panorama that it offers of the city, the traboules of Croix Rousse, the banks of the Saône , the peninsula and the Place Bellecour, Golden Head Park... not forgetting the many museums and the famous bouchons restaurants so beloved by gourmets. And when you know that in 2 hours maximum, you can put on skis, eat a bouillabaisse in Marseilles or walk along the Champs-Elysées, Lyon becomes a really sought-after destination.
